7v7 Tournament
Standard 7v7 flag football tournament format. Running clock, pass clock, possession-based overtime, and mercy rule at 21-point differential.
7v7 Rapid Fire
Fast-paced 7v7 continuous possession format. Each possession starts at the 20yd line. Offense gets 3 plays to score — if they score they stay on offense; if stopped, defense takes over.
Girls Flag 5v5 (8U–12U)
Girls flag football, 5-on-5. Applies to 8U, 10U, and 12U. Age cutoff: August 1, 2025. Possession starts at the opponent's 40-yard line.
Girls Flag 7v7 (14U–HS)
Girls flag football, 7-on-7. Applies to 14U and High School. Age cutoff: August 1, 2025. Possession starts at the opponent's 40-yard line.
5v5 Linemen — Trench Warfare
True trench warfare format. 5-on-5 interior competition focused on short-yardage power football, trench blocking, and line play. Not a 7v7 variation.
Traditional Tackle
Full-contact traditional tackle football. Full field only — no split-field use while tackle is active. Default rule base is NFHS with league-level overrides supported per division and event.
